i got it, i think its by far the best read, it deals with calculating calories needed to mainatin, gain, loose body weight, goal setting, charting progress, cardio, weight training, low carb dieting, different body-types and proper macros for each. In my opinion its a great read, if you are looking for cutting edge, magic trick that will short-cut through all the hard work that is necessary to gain muscle or to loose fat then you deffinetly will NOT find it there, as it does not exist.
