I agree with this 100%. My GF knows. But we've been together a long time and she trusts me and my decisions. She was against it when I first told her, but I have been able to back up my views about it and she has educated herself about AAS. Honesty is the way to go if its a serious relationship. I can't imagine hiding something like that from a wife for 20 years. But if its just some girl your dating then fuck no.

I agree. No need to air out your dirty laundry right away. But before you're in a committed relationship it's best to fess up. exactly. look, relationships aren't "cookie-cutter", different things work for different people. i've been in plenty of relationships where the girl wanted to know everything whether she asked me or not. those obviously didn't work FOR ME. i'm also not saying that i hide things that i think she won't like. you treat your spouse with the same respect you think you deserve. if i screw up and she doesn't know about it, then i'll tell her. it's better that way. but you should know your significant other well enough to know what would bother her and what she could care less about. if something happens that would bother her then i don't wait to tell her, but that sort of thing rarely happens. i just happened to be lucky enough to find someone as laid back as i am.

My post wasn't directed towards you specifically. I see nothing wrong with your view on relationships. Some girls like Ryan Seacrest types where others prefer to be treated like shit. However this isn't the topic I'm posting about. I'm talking about the guy that revamps his personality whenever his girl comes around and hides his less sociably acceptable habits(roids) from her like I used to hide my beer drinking from my parents when I was in high school.
