At you size i'd say nothing less that 50mg ED, run for 4- 6 weeks...

EF members have been saying to run it at 50mg a day. But do I take it all at one time or spaced out? NO I have ran it before. Was going to stack it with dieselbolan.

break it up atlest 25/25, it would be better to do 20mg in the AM, 15mg around lunch and 15mg before bed though...
