hello this is my first post sorry for my english im trying my best 
im 30 years old weight 72 kg and 1-70 height with 10-12% fat this period (in summer im verry low).im lifting about 6 years and i also im triathlete from the age 20 .before 20 i was cycling running swimming in defferent years... my goals is to be like 75kg good muscles im planning to do my first cycle and i need your advice your help just your opinion .im going to run like below :
1-4 danabol ds 30mg e/d (every 6 h )
1-10 testoviron 500 mg e/w ( 2 inj 250 e5d)
1-10 proviron 50mg e/d
1-10 arimidex 0.5mg eod AI
11-12 pregnyl 1500iu e5d HCG
11-12 nolva 20mg ed
12-16 nolva 40/20/20/20 PCT
12-16 clomid 100/50/25/25 PCT
my question is : any advice if looks ok like this and if you have a better choice thank you a lot
