Dianabol only ?

Hey bro, welcome to EF. Do us a favor so we can help you in the best way possible...give us some of your stats with regards to age, height, weight, lifting & cycle history...

I don't like the idea of dianabol only cycles. I tend to think of d-bol as a pre-workout stim used for 4 weeks at a time. Either way I'll wait to see what your experience is with other compounds.
 
It all depends on your goals and financial situation.

A Dianabol only cycle is definitely not optimal, but it will most certainly still get the job done. :)

If you must, run a lower dosage(25-35mg) for 6 weeks, rather than 4 weeks of a higher dosage(50mg), since you are not using Dianabol as a jumpstarter, but as the basis of your cycle.
 
Not a good idea, IMO.

See one of the other 2 of your threads you started, I think the one asking about the d-bol dosing and read my post from today.
 
As Ross said it not Optimal but CAN be done

If Dbol only you would Def have to split it in 3 doses a day

ie: 10 mgs AM, 10 midday, and 10mg PM

You def would Crash hard off it too, and need a True PCt such as:

Unleashed
Dermacrine
and Clomid

Or
Clomid
Aromasin
and possibly HCG ( my fav PCT)

Agreed. Dianabol only is pretty much everyones first cycle, even though most will tell you otherwise. Are there any other options to you or is it a dianabol cycle or no cycle??

6 weeks at 30mg should be fine, make sure you follow up with a good PCT with an anti estrogen drug and HCG (and not supplements!) and im sure you will be impressed.
 
I did a dbol cycle only about 3 yrs ago. I gained about 14 lbs in 6 weeks and looked like a blowfish. I didnt use any adex but wouldnt recommend doing the dbol only cycle. I got crazy back pumps and just felt bad the whole time. For the record, I lost nearly all of the gains even with a pct. It was mainly water weight and I am sure my bp was throug the roof, I could just feel it. I would use it to jumpstart a cycle, to get you going before the test gets into the system in 3 or 4 weeks.
 
Well, usually when someone asks if a D-bol only cycle is a good idea, they have already made up their mind to do it. They are only looking for one or two people to agree with them. So, since your mind is already made up, go for it. But do it right. Eat right, exercise right, sleep right. Good luck.
 
In the Arnold times, people used to run dbol only cycles and grow like beasts...it's quite odd how things change over time

I think oral only cycles can be great if utilized properly, with good idet, good PCT, and if you keep your calories high, protein intake high, and diet and training in check after cycle so you don't drop weight like crazy.

Exactly.... It worked back then, why not now?? Just bust your ass in the gym, eat like a monster, and get good sleep and a dbol only will be more than enough to grow. And yes INCREASE calories during PCT!!! :evil:

Run it Quick and fast or run it low and long?
Guess which one will yield the most gains>run it Low -Train like a madman Eat,Eat!!!

do you also advice running 8 week cycles with long esters? I mean do you advise getting the most results with shortest usage time? Or do you think 12 or more weeks are better at those?? It is cool to hear your old-school experiences with these.

Let me clarify some things, I Have ran them short & Fast 6 Wks Sure! I blew up ,alot of it was water,THen I changed methods low & long started with one tab 5 mgs,Mon,wed, fri,after a few weeks i doubled the dose, so far little bloat but now my reps were starting to increase I never exceed 20mg at mid term after 2 weeks i start dropping back down, this is where the increase in strength comes in.It's Basically a Pyramid.
alot of factors come from the individual, the type of training! & Diet!I Knew what i wanted and how to get there & achieve it!
