I wouldnt use any sarms if you're diabetic just use cardarine gw 20mgs/day and keep your diet in check dont use others
i have zero comfort recommending you to use anything ped related... i would not use anything brother... you just never know what could set something off... even if it shouldnt, i just dont like it at all...
cardarine gw can be taken .. mot important is your DIET .. keep an eye on your glucose ..
There have been a bunch of decent pros who were also type 1. One of the best was Tim Belknap (late 80's early 90's top athlete). However, as has been said, you need to be super careful. I'd ask around until you found another competing type 1.

The on that you need to avoid is MK677. I have not seen nor read anything that would give me pause with any other sarms but you know your body better than any of us so that is a judgement call.
There would be no issues as long as you 100% knew you had legit SARMs
