Well it's still "good" depending on how you define "good".

If you have never taken his crystal before (and I mean HIS crystal, not the 250mg shit that's on the market right now), PLEASE use half the dosage you think you should use for at least 3 days.

This is from somebody who has done three cycles of his crystal and countless cycles from other sources.

Honestly, if I were you I'd get some powder... I'm never using crystal again and I love DNP.

that bad huh? i never used his crystal. i have the 100mg and 250mg. i was just going to run 250mg for 8 days or so.

I tried 200-200 (felt nothing so upped it)-400-200.

By the end of day three I was vomiting ALL OVER the place. I tried several variations of taking 400mg for a day - 12 hrs apart, 6 hrs apart so I could sleep without sweating... it just don't work.

I was around 195lbs back then, and am generally tolerant to most drugs (I need more of everything to feel anything - painkillers, alcohol, juice, hell, even asthma medication). But what 400mgs of that stuff did to me was unreal... just take my advice and do NOT go above 200mg. By day three you may wonder why you're not feeling anything yet - by the end of day four I PROMISE you won't be asking that question.

If you have his 100mg tabs use those to assess your tolerance - I never had them.

At this point I only do 400mg powder cycles. I experimented with 2-day and 3-day burst cycles (1000mg and 800mg) and they're not bad, but you DO feel like total shit for at least a day while on. With 400mg of powder I feel more or less fine for the week... a bit sweaty, but whatever.

i've got 250mg/crystals caps

and am going to run it only at 250mg/eod (maybe even every 3rd day), as a well known vet suggested. I have to be able to go to work and school, which is why I'll be doing such low dosings.

Wise to start at 125/ed, but those crystals - if they really are the domestic 250mg ones, and NOT DG's old 200mg ones - can easily be taken in higher doses when you assess your tolerance. They are NOT of the same potency as DG's.
