Design my cycle!

41 y.o professional. Stats: 6'00", 190 lbs. approx 10% bf. I am fit and have been training for years. Bench:315, run 3 miles in under 18 minutes, know how to train and diet. I have used gear in the past with varying results. Looking to shed some fat and gain some additional strength and endurance. Do not want to gain more than 10-15 lbs. I am a climber and too much added weight is a hindrance.

Thinking of test cyp @ 400 a week for 10 weeks.. Want to use Deca for my joints but scared about sexual side effects. Maybe Var at 40 mgs a day throughout or Oral winny at 50 mgs ed for last 6 weeks. Not sure about PCT. Any advice is welcome.
 
deca will bloat you even more along with the test but thats up to you.

you can just do:

test cyp 400mg wks 1-10

or

test cyp 500mg wks 1-10
deca 400mg wks 1-10

you wanna run the test higher then the deca so it will help with any of loss libio.

With test cyp at 400 ew, do you recommend throwing in an oral like Var or winny?
 
you can use a small amount of deca if your just after the lubed joint effect.. 200-250mg a week would be fine
 
Deca will bloat, supress and destroy libido. And the benefit to joints is arguable at best and overrated in the least.

Test and var.

Use "ZIP" to promote fat loss while gaining muscle. (Stimulents do not do this).

Eat clean. Train hard.

That's what I was going to suggest.
Enough test to get good gains and just enough deca to aid w/ joint pain and not cause sexual sides.
 
if your looking to gain some strength and not too much wieght and still try to shed a few pounds i would do weeks 1-10 test cyp 500mg weeks 1-10 deca 200mg and week 6-10 50mg winny ed...come of with some hcg and clomid and you should be lovin life after that...the deca at 200 mg is just enough to take care of the joints, and trust me it is not overated it really does work, and the test will pack on strength and size, and the winny at the end will harden you up pretty solid...keep your diet in check and start pct at week 12....if you want to maximize your results with this cycle the i suggest weeks 1-10 test cyp at 500-700mg wk, weeks 1-4 dbol at 40mg ed. weeks 1-12 deca at 300mg wk, weeks 1-12 eq at 300mg wk, and winnstrol, weeks 10-14 at 50mg ed, pct is hcg and clomid starting at end of week 14....that will just get you feelin freakin great and you will be solid hard as a rock and stronger than ever...and you will be feeling great all cycle long...
