I have to agree with everyone here on this.
Well mostly, if your using AAS, Depo is not a good idea, but for someone like my gf who is mostly interested in general fitness, homronal BC is not really much of an issue.
I am amazed at the progress she has made despite BC. She has not only lost fat, but gained a substantial amount of muscle and strength as well.
For most women I think you can use BC and still be in phenomenal shape; however, if AAS are in the picutre, its a nono.
