if i was going to shoot on my delts what gauge would be good

Depends on how viscous (thick) the gear is. I use 0.7mm X 30mm (I think that's 22G 1.25" in US measurements) for all oils, but the time it takes to inject varies greatly. For example, Organon Deca (only 50mg/ml) goes in like butter, but BD Deca requires quite a bit of elbow grease to get it in. With delts, just be careful to rotate regularly. It's a fairly small muscle. I overdid delt shots for a while and got a lot of scar tissue.

go with a 23g 1", 1" if u have decent sized delts, that should be fine.

Kind of depends upon what you are injecting,


I normally use 25g x 1” for tren/test etc…..
