There's a new federal program for people who don't want to work hard on squats.
They get to use the smith machine in a squat suit with the stops set so as to prevent them lowering by more than two inches.
In a press release, the new Federal Department of Squat Social Justice is assuring us that this breakthrough program will insure more lifters have quality lower body physiques than ever. The department was originally slated to run on a $200B/year budget, but was cut back to $150B/year. Once given the assumption that the department was going to cost $200B/year and was subsequently reduced to $150B/year, the CBO has assured us that the program will save taxpayers $500B dollars over a ten year period.
Good times.
