same here i prefer food to candy. sushi, pasta, steak or a burger, but there is no such thing as cheating when you have my metabolism, i just never crave candy only food. i'll eat chocolate every once and a while
 
Stay away from the candy and other garbage food. Remember garbage in garbage out. Junk food does absolutely nothing for your body. Throw out the candy and grab a piece of fruit. Your body will thank you.
 
Well, I have to admit I did have a few pieces last night. I was handing the candy out while my wife took our son around the neighborhood.

I just wanted to make sure the Reese's cups were safe to eat! Ya know, all those crazies out there and all...

Oh yeah, and a few pieces of Laffy Taffy... and some nerds.... and a Snickers bar or two... and... ;)

LOL....I hate guys like you. You can eat whatever you want and not gain anything and I so much as look at a toosie roll and I start to become one. Damm genetics. :worried:
 
I used to be very very strict with the diet....even on weekends.... no candy, processed food, fast food, etc etc etc (zzzZzzzZzzzzz)...drove everyone nuts (including myself)... however, I've met alot of guys over the past few years with kick-ass bodies and they admitted to having 1 if not 2 "cheat days" every week (usually the weekend)... so I've kinda adopted that routine.... eating as clean as possible during the weak, then having a breaded chicken cutlet instead of a grilled chicken breast on weekends *grin* (maybe throw in a butterfinger once in a while!)
 
Meh, I had one of those bite sized hershey chocolate things...that was it.

I was marveling at all the fat kids that came to the house with pillow cases full of high fructose corn syrup , hydrogynated oil, and sugar.

I was shoveling the shit into their bags though - I didn't want to be the house on the block that gives out mini tubes of toothpaste :)

Im not a candy freak...my moms been diabetic since i was kid...when i lived in my parents home, there was no candy to be found..good thing i guess...but i prefer a nice juicy steak over a snickers anyday
 
Where do I begin.
Lets see. I got absolutely shitfaced Saturday. Haven't done that since July 2nd.
I ate some of the "fun size" snickers bars last night since no kids came to the house.
I had half a pizza last night along with a bag of those jalepeno & cheddar Cape Cod Potato Chips.
I plan on having the other half tonight along with the other bag of chips.
Then its back to no cheating AT ALL. Okay, I do have one or two glasses of Crystal Light a week. Thats it.

Ya I have a cheat meal twice a month or so, but it's real food and not candy.

Eh, I had a few small pieces of candy when I was taking my niece around just cause she couldn't hold it all. But since I'm bulking i'd rather eat something with atleast some value to it, candy really isn't my thing anymore. Even though I did have Panda express and a Dr. Pepper today, I thought I was in heaven.
 
Didn't have one piece actually. I like sweets, but more along the line of cookies, brownies, desserts, etc...

So it's not like the candy is very tempting to me.

My son came home with a shit load of candy monday night. Surprisingly I haven't touched any. I did however tell him not to touch the Lemonheads.

they just opened up a cold stone creamery in town....couldn't resist *sigh* (someone say large cup??)
