hi enquiring some help, can you do cardio while on deca cycle? ive been told no as it can enlarge your heart and have read that you can do it am a bit confused? any help would be greatly appreciated

yes you can do cardio while on deca, that statement holds no truth because that is basically saying you cannot raise your heart beat for too long which happens all the time through sex, getting scared, running from police etc.

DECA is a great AAS and I see NO reason why it would hinder your cardio.
The 'enlarged heart' side is FAR over exaggerated and is usually from
abuse,,not proper use.

it will hurt your cardio from the water weight. but that doesn't mean you still cannot do it, just don't expect to win any road races on it.

deca is a bulker, and a damn good one at that.
