deca/tren = gyno

i have been on a 5 week cycle of deca/sustanon, the last 2 weeks i notice one tender nipple and a lump starting. the same thing happened last summer when i tried trenbolone. its not bad but obviously the start of gyno. before it gets bad, any suggestions?

I would be more likely to blame the sustanon first just for the simple reason that it does aromatize. I like low dose letro at .75mg eod or .75mg ed and see how your symptoms are. You can always adjust up or down from there. For deka it is recommended to use dostinex twice weekly to lower prolactin levels. But, I haven't seen much evidence that proves it works when taking deka or trenny.

You could also add in winnie as it helps control prolactin sides as well.

u need one on hand for every test based cycle whether u end up using it or not. letrozole would be a great choice as it is very powerful. i think it reduces estrogen by about 98%. whatever u do dont use nolvadex with nadrolones such as deca.

I'd anihilate the lump with 2.5mg Letro while running Nolva at 20mg ED. Taper off the Letro and coninue the nolva until all test is out of your system.

WARNING: Say goodbye to your dick if you run letro at 2.5mg ED. It will crush that lump though for sure.

bro for future reference, make sure you always have proper auxilleries on hand before starting a cycle so you don't run into these problems and don't have the means to combat them.

Go with femara or aromasin asap bro that should do the trick. Or letrazole as 8and20 said. Good luck bro

There is no reason why you cannot run a SERM like Nolva after running a progesterone like Deca or trenbolone because you would normally be running Test with your cycle, I would hope. The SERM will help reduce estrogen binding to the receptor & protect with estrogen gyno related issues. Clomid can also be used to restore testicular function. HOWEVER, if you have prolactin gyno like puffy, itchy, sore nips & areas around the glands associated with the pec, from using the nandrolones, you will need to use an AI like letro & dostinex ( cabergoline) to reduce prolactin at the pituitary gland. Also its worth trying in the first instance using high dose B6. There is no sense in running an AI like letro that eliminates 98% of estrogen with Nolva. There will be no estrogen to bind to the receptors.
