thanks for the advices , I used to run hcg 3 to 4 weeks atvthe end of the cycle .
This cycle I will start it from week 6 to 16 like elvial advised me And see how it works for me

Next cycle ill try universal's way since you need to try it yourself to see wich one works best

Last question is 0.5 mg arimidex eod enough to avoid estrogen spike ?
If I notice something wrong in my nips should I bump it up to ed ? Or will it be too late ?
Belive it ir not this is my first time using an ai on cycle .

To each there own.

I suggest running HCG for a short time with a SERM, that way you are stimulating both the Hyporthalamus and Pituitary at the same time. Often times, when PCT fails, it is because the Testes are still atrophied when the SERMs are added in. So they do not respond fully to the LH release from the pituitary. So by running them both together, you have the entire HPTA functioning at the same time.

Then after a week or two, you stop the HCG in hopes that the Testes will be responding fully to the LH. Then a couple weeks later you stop the SERMs, and hope that the Hypothalamus is up and going.

True (good post). But if you run HCG throughout your entire cycle the testes should not be atrophied. Unlike me as my balls are the size of small marbles at the moment

Arimidex is best used ed for optimal results but eod should be fine too. I would use the smallest dose of AI possible to get results. So start at 0.25 eod and increase to 0.25 ed if needed.

i talked to the supplier he told me that only novector labs products are available . i wanted meditech .

anw what are your opinions on them annyone tried them ?
