Deca, test clean cycle.

Hi guys, im doing cycle almost for the past two years.
The last cycle i did ended last September, it was test-e,deca,sust,dbol.
My power went almost off the charts, but unfortunately. I packed alot of "fat". I started my cycle and 198 pounds at 14% BF... and currently i weight 238 pounds with 23% BF.
My next cycle was scheduled to be this july. Should i risk doing a cycle with this BF?

I was thing of going simple test-e + deca.
 
NO you should not even consider it... your body fat is not just elevated, its horrible... your nowhere near ready for a cycle and deca is about the poorest option you could choose... that's not a "simple" thing to run at all... you have no clue what your doing and your just going to hurt yourself more than anything... not good at all... you need to focus on getting in the proper condition and developing consistency in your diet and training... you could run sarms and that would help you to get your body fat down and to get in the proper condition you need to be in to run a cycle... read my articles on sarms at Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMS) - Evolutionary.org here is a full cycle layout with the links on where to get everything you need...

If your diet is good any compound can be effective. But you obviously don't know how to eat properly. Starting an aas cycle with your stats would be a horrible idea. You don't need to take anything just eat clean nutritious food in the right quantities and train hard. Then when you get down to a lower bf start a cycle. Green tea extract would be a good thing to use but nothing else. Spend time researching how to eat healthy. When you get leaner your body simply works more effectively. Get your metabolism elevated through small but frequent meals, hard training and cardio. You can get your bf% down fast if you put the work in. Then hit some test and perhaps avar and bang you will transform... build muscle and lose more body fat with the right dietary changes and training program.
 
Small, frequent meals with around 500 calories every 3 hours.
PROTEIN SOURCES: Chicken breasts, extra lean ground turkey breast, talapia, top round, whey isolate/concentrate, egg whites
CARBS: yams, steamed rice, oats
FATS: almonds, avocados, fish oil

Shoot for 40% protein(50 grams per meal), 40% carbs(50 grams per meal), 20% fat(11 grams per meal)

Have 5 to 6 meals a day.
Do a half hour of fasted cardio most days upon waking, and another half hour post weight workout.
Once your body fat is down to around 10% then you're ready to cycle.

I was thing of going simple test-e + deca.



I would tighten up that diet and do some hard cardio/weight training
and strip some of that BF% before you jump into anything.
 
My diet wasnt horrible....quite the contrary i was eating....from what i could research on sust u need to eat about 9000 calories a day for max effect.
So i added cytosport monstermass to the cycle.And i let to much more weight gain than i expected.

9000 calories a day? Where did you get info? You have to eat according to your own bodies needs.

That's one of the worst dieting strategies I've ever heard. 9000 calories per day is like 2000 calories more than a 300 lb professional bodybuilder on AAS, GH, and slin eats when bulking in the off season!! No wonder you got fat as fuck bro
 
Thx for all the info guys, im two weeks on my cutting diet. Hopefully by the end of September-October i will get at least 15% bf so i can start a cycle again.
After that i will my body hard with another deca,test and sust.
Beast mode on!!!

Haven't you heard it is 9k cals when on sust, test e is 8k cals, but don't ever use test c as you have to eat 12k cals to get the full benefits.

OP you obviously don't know how to eat. I can't believe what I just read. I was wondering how you managed to get fat on your cycle. I figured it would be something like 4 Big Macs per day plus tonnes of weightgainer so I wasn't too far off!
