Hey guys im 21 and been training just over a year. Decided to finally man up and do a lean bulk cycle. I frontloaded the cycle with a gram of sust 250 . Then ran deca after that at 600 mg a week. I also every week, changed from sust to deca. (just to keep the body guessing and blood levels fired up) which apparently makes you very vascular. It did for me anyway. I have been on for 12 weeks now and start pct next week. Im gonna use dbol for pct as I heard u can bridge this until test comes back naturally and allows you to keep all your gains. Only problem is I havent really had any gains?!?! Maybe 5 or 10 lbs max. Not sure wether the gear was legit or not. Must have been fake which has pissed me off as I spent all my savings on it !. Only thing is I was injecting into fat about 70% of the time cos it hurt like hell going into the glute muscle lol !!! I heard this can potentially inhibit gains?Other than that my training and diet were pretty spot on. Training Mon: biceps, Wed: chest and shoulders, Fri: forearms (lagging alot so dedicated an hour to them). Im a marathon runner so run alot on my off days. Diet consisted mainly of fruit and salads. Not a big meat eater as my mum is a vegan, so had lots of celery, tomatoes, and broccoli and drank soy milk before bed to stop catabolism. Apparently broccoli can actually lower estrogen! Who knew ay !? So overall everything has gone smooth except for the poor gains :-( didnt really have any side effects except felt a bit depressed and my balls looked like marbles haha. So if anyone more experienced than me can give some advice on how to get better gains next cycle then I would be very grateful.
