deca,primo, how to cycle ?

I got my hands on some deca to at to my starting primo cycle. I am going for that hard and lean look. how should i cycle the two ?

Personally I would take 300mg of each per week for 10 weeks.

300-400mgs of each from anywhere around 8-12 weeks is good

Many would disagree, but I would hang the primo off of the end of the cycle to maintain anabolism while the test production recovers.
