Deca or EQ ??

EQ for the most part is a milder steroid even at the higher doses. Unless you're 140lbs there's no way 200mg a week would do anything.

When I go back heavy i'll be on no less than 800mg along with 600mg od Deca, npp though.

SQ-

So how many mg a week of EQ should you take if you roughly weigh about 190lbs?

This is my first week of my cycle and using both deca and EQ. I'm doing deca 300mg=1ml a week and EQ 300mg=1.5ml a week..

What say you?

EQ would be even better if it had a shorter ester like cypionate or ethanate.

I like both but prefer deca right now with my right shoulder acting up....helps smooth things out but you gotta love eq its good shit too it just more depends on which i'm in the mood for and what my goals are with the cycle.

I'm on 600mgs of Eq at the moment on my 8th week and haven't seen much. I just got over a upper resp. infection for the most part so thats been killing me. I was 202, now 195. My eating habbits suffered greatly while sick and i'm just starting to pick back up. I would like to try deca again sometime because when i did use it i didnt use it smart, I pyramided my dosages and only reached 400mgs. I went from 180 to 193 on Deca and i used it poorly. I just threw some tren/prop mix in my current cycle with my Eq lets hope things pick up. For my next cycle i want to do some Sus250 Karachi at 500mg's a wk w/ 400mgs a wk of Deca. That otta kick some ass.
