I would definently say EQ, My first cyle i did deca at 400mg a week and sus 250mg a week, got some good gains, gained 20 lbs and alot of strength bench went up to 350 from 290ish on a 12 week cyle. But I lost pretty much all of it after I stopped, PCT wasnt the best though. My second cycle I did 400 mg/week of EQ and sus 250/week and I gained the same amount went from 200 to 218, lost about 3-4% BF and bench went back up to 350. Pumps and muscle definition was way better in my opinion as well. Pct was a little better this time around though, but I only lost 5 lbs and bench went down to 325, so my vote definetly goes to EQ
