Run both together if you want, but either way make sure you have a solid PCT lined up if you're gonna run Deca. However, if only one or the other, I'd definitely go with Eq. While Deca may give you more mass more quickly, Eq is undoubtedly better for strength, endurance, appetite increase, and even better than Deca for your joints (more collagen synthesis)... and it's FAR LESS suppressive of your HPTA function than Deca.
