Deca for a ruptured disk?

Hi Guys,

I'm slowly recovering form a ruptured disk in my back. And I mean S-L-O-W-L-Y. The doc says it can take months.

Deca is supposed to help heal joints and soft tissue injuries faster. Do you think it would help heal a ruptured disk faster?

I appreciate your input.

John

bump this up for more info.i slipped my l5 disc on july 31st and have been tossing the deca idea around myself.

It will probably aid the healing process but beware.... It can mask the pain and you may think you are good as new, start training prematurely and fuck yourself up even worse!! So if you are going to use it to see if it can help you, don't make the mistake of returning to hard training too early. I know all about the temptation to return to lifting ASAP following a serious injury so I know what your mindset might be right now... :)

It has been a year and a half since I underwent surgery
for l5 ruptured disc. I was doing pretty well for first 6 months and thought I'd get back into squats and deads. Bad idea fucked it up again. I use Deca exclusively now on all cycles it really helps out on my lower back. I run 600 mgs a week along with 750 test C.
When I go off cycle my back reverts back to being in constant pain.

Deca is sick for joint pains..I wouldnt expect it to work miracles but im sure it will help.

In general what dosages of Deca (and/or NPP-- same dosages?) do people recommend for purely rehab purposes?

Deca, Eq, GH, and Ananvar all would be good IMO if run at low dosages and you REHAB your injury and let it heal ... dont think your back to normal if the pain is masked.

But yeah, all of the above increase protein and collagen synthesis and IMO would help speed recovery and might make for a better end result.

^maybe stay away from Deca though bro ... your HPTA will thank you, save it for when your back to training full intensity.
