bodyweight in the 160 s 100mg deca a week while cycling t3 clen and eca respectively this sound about right? want gains and leaning with minimal side effects
keep deca below at or below 50mg per week if at all possible...realize if you go higher you are making a definate trade off of muscle for side effects.
If i should use deca i would be wery careful because when it builds up in about 3 weeks the dose wil be too high and the ester is wery slow acting.
If the sides hits hard you could just sit and watch the sides 2-4 weeks
starting out i wouldnt go any higher than 50mg e7d for the regular slow acting deca. i've used that many times, yes saw sides but am ok with the results i got from it. if experienced, definitely go higher.
