I am no expert either, but as I understand this...
Nandralone converts to DHN with 5-alpha-reductase enzyme. DHN is much less androgenic than DHT (it is also less then Test or Nandralone whereas DHT is more androgenic than Test).
This enzyme is prevalent in the prostate and in the scalp. Based on this Nandralone should have less effect on the hair and the prostate than Test.
Of course supraphysical doses of Nandralone and DHN might be worse than normal Testosterone productions, but that would be something that might be different from person to person.
Also, I understand it is best to not use Proscar (Finasteride) when on Nandralone because the non-converted Nandralone would be worse on the hair than the DHN.
I know much less about Eq (boldelone). I understand it forms a powerful DH-bold... but that it and the 5-alpha-reductase enzyme do not interact as well as Test and Nandralone do so less is formed.
For real world info on the above I cannot help.
In any case, if you have prostate problems it is significantly more dangerous to use AAS than if not and it is general advised against.
Good Luck,Tom
