K Kid Blast New member Apr 24, 2002 #19 I do two cc's deca and one cc sust in same syringe. Turn it up and down and let a bubble mix it up. Works great. The great thing about this is that it turns out to be a "soreness-free" injection, cuz the deca takes the bite out of the sust.
