Debating using accutane

I've been dealing with bad acne on my shoulders/back since the middle of 2010, tried dozens of acne washes, pantothenic acid, acnetame, different supplements but its still bad.

Im thinking of finally taking the plunge and using accutane to clear it up for summer but im worried about the sides
