I admit im new here but surely there is room for threads other than just pr threads ...after a while i find it a little boring that Mr blah just failed benching 300 etc..but i don;'t go onto his thread and fuck it up,or flame.

cool. There are a lot of juiceheads that use gear as a crutch and got big without knowing jackt about training or nutrition, I dont consider myself one of them. 10 years of natural gave me an understanding of how to train without gear, and I'm still a hardgainer even with steroids

I will remain natural throughout my training career, but I don't hold anything against guys that use, as long as they do it responsibly and aren't using them as a substitute for the knowledge gained through years of natural training.

Needsize is a great example of one of the good guys. DC is as well, he got to 240+ lbs (gaining 100 lbs of muscle) before he touched the juice, whereupon he gained another 60 lbs. He literally more than doubled his starting weight of 140. If someone is looking to use, follow their example.

FromZero is right, this should have been locked DAYS ago.

We've had some assholes on the board come and go over time, but I would say this past year has been great. Everyone has been so supportive of each other, and everyone making great progress left and right. Then some crap goes down on the boards, and suddenly everyone is at each others throats or leaving. If anyone wants to be negative, perhaps it's time for them to leave as well. Let's get back to being supportive of each other, and some good ol' pr posts....
