Ok I'm 21 but my daddy is over 40 and what I've noticed (and he's complained about) is that he has to be much more with his diet now. He still seems to have no problem with making good strength gains but the calories are gravitating to his tummy now unless he's extremely careful.
So are you other older guys experiencing that and how are you handling it?
