on the one strenght camp video. elliott said if you want a male model body type like brat pitt. you shouldnt deadlift or squat since it will make your waist ticker. i watched many of his videos and i can almost trust everything he says (when you watch him you will know he is like a scientist)

i started to watch tmw and so far everything they said made sense too. there are 2 things i cant fully agree with them . one is IF (in their fasting twins channel) and other things are deadlift and squat reviews. here are the videos about deadlift

i just started to do deadlift and squat 3 months ago so i dont know much about it . i just want to hear opinions and suggestions of experienced lifters. i always have back pain although i am doing it with trainer but i kinda like them so i want to continue. but if i will have back problems when i get old then i would stop doing it.

Tmw is funny but they are so ignorant. IF is great read up on it.

Ive been squatting and deadlifting ever since I began lifting and my low back is strong. If you do them correctly and do assistance work to strengthen your low back and core they are safe.

IF works and is amazing, imo. Deads are fun and a great lift but not for everyone. I personally have some hip issues and manage to re injure myself every year doing deads, even with extremely strict form. I'm done with them. Not worth walking around like a cripple for 2 weeks.
 
those guys are fucking clowns i remember in this one video by the twins, they kept saying stronglifts 5x5 is bad because its a one way ticket to snap city or some stupid shit like that.
