i felt good today. low back is still tight. and im still low carbing.
Box Squats - 185 x 10 x 2.
Speed Deadlifts - sumo - 275 x 1. 280 x 1. 285 x 1. conv - 290 x 1. 295 x 1. 300 x 1.
glute ham raise - 25lbs x 3 x 6.
chest supported mach row - 90 x 4 x 8.
rev hyper - bdy x 3 x 8.
standing pulldown abs - 80lbs x 5 x 15.
Partial Squat - 495 x 3 x3 (6-8 inches rom)

GOD blessed me with a stone tonight. in the form of my wife. A 130lb stones...... i had my wife squat down all the way she could. then i put my chest on her back and reached around and grabbed her shins...... then i raised her up to a cleared height for the stones for 10 reps. and then another set for 8 reps.
who ever said neccesity is the mother of all invention was right on the money.
now no one has reason to not practice with the stones. you can pick different friends for different size stones.!!!!!!
