31 y.o. Training straight for 10 years with no breaks except for surgery to repair torn quad.
6'1''. Naturally lean, skinny legs.
No previous cycle history.
Offseason 220lbs, deadlifts are at 405-10 for this time, squat sucks at 315-10.
On season for summer I drop to 6% body fat, 202-203lbs, deadlift drops to 395-10. Squat to 295-8-10. I'm an occupational athlete so I do hit cardio year round 4 times a week. Nutrition and workouts are on point. Id like to be 220 and 6% body fat while maintaining my level of cardio...that's my goal since you asked. The dedication is there, genetics...not so much lol. Best time for me to start a cycle would be in October. In August I take advantage of a rebound when transitioning from a cutting diet to bulking and my lifts all return to their max within months. But always level off at my offseason numbers, always.
