DBOL Only cycle, ADDING TESTOSTERONE E

My main question was, whether to add a TEST E to a DBOL Only cycle ( I know it sounds noobish ) or should i just wait for this DBOL ONLY cycle to get over and run TEST as a completely new cycle after a few months.
 
Bro, seriously you have no business messing with AAS right now. You need more muscle and you need less fat on your base first. You must learn how to eat and train correctly. You also need to research AAS and proper precautions and consequences to make a logical decision. If you can't even pin yourself its a flag you shouldn't go near it
 
Your body fat is too high to use AAS effectively. Your going to hurt yourself. Nola during a cycle? You need an Ai. Test E for 5 weeks? You will be stopping it right as it kicks in due to the long ester. Do yourself a favor. Stop the dbol, take your PCT.. Get back on track and get your body fat down. Take the time to do more research. Your going to hurt yourself if not. Just being honest you want to live long enough to have kids n see them get old and not be on TRT or have a bad liver.
 
Can't I at least run my dbol cycle for 5 weeks and then take PCT? I've already finished 3 weeks of dbol. I have nolvadex and clomid for PCT. How much do I take of either or each of them??

I started nolvadex during this cycle cause I read it prevents gyno during a dbol only cycle. Several forums said that.

I researched and my research said, that only DBOL cycles work with a diet and a good workout, provided you keep eating well and working out well after the 5 week cycle.
 
Wow, let me get this straight, you are 150 pounds, 15% bf, only working out coz your gf dumped your sorry ass, and am making mistakes that only little boys make coz you are scared of a fucking needle?

You sir are a serious loser. You are doing AAS for all the wrong reasons, in fact people like you are directly responsible for the dilapidated state of manhood we see in today's world. You seek external validation instead of building the core of your being, take the fast route instead of hardwork and dedication, and you fucking get lost while taking the fast route and fall down a fucking hill coz you are a scared little boy.

You dont need steroids, you need to grow some balls. You start now you have two roads ahead: become addicted to steroids because your constitution is weak and your happiness depends on external validation, once you blow up with your fake puffy muscles you would want that again but you will never be able to achieve this without abusing steroids. The other road is you would just quit training altogether because you never understood how to get results without using gear (you are such a fucking loser that you even get that wrong).

Go do PCT after 4 weeks of dbol and just stop what you are doing. Go think about why you are such a loser first before damaging your health any further. Tbh no one even cares if you die as a result its just social darwinism at play.

I definitely care about my health, although I may not know much about steroids.

I'm pretty sure according to my research that a dbol cycle wouldn't hurt, and in many cases people have retained the mass due to good training and diet.

And i'm sure loads of people out there have done this mistake of going on dbol only on their 1st cycle.

I'm working out purely for my own self and my own validation. Obviously people admiring the physique is a plus point. It does not mean I'm purely doing bodybuilding for that.

Get addicted?? I rarely drink or and don't do any other drugs. I also meditate for an hour every day. So don't worry about me getting 'addicted' to anything, cause I'm not planning to do many cycles throughout my life, nor am I gonna repeat doing dbol only again.

It's sad, people like you remove their frustrations on other people online. You could have used all that energy to help me instead.

From the limited details you provided about your life, it clearly demonstrates to us that you are completely wasting everyone's time here. You are 27 years old, yet you haphazardly gone into a cycle, with so little basic constitution and training to justify any AAS use. That coupled with your pussy ass attitude is why I singled you out and wrote the most inflammatory comment I have ever written on this forum. Realize that I treat most people with utmost respect especially if they are dedicated to their goals, did their research and have put in a solid 4-5 years of consistent training in the gym.

You are 27 years old, you did a Dbol only cycle not out of choice but out of fear of the needle. How incredibly pussy is that? You need someone to pin you? Well let's be honest you have no business touching steroids if you can't stick a needle in the fleshy parts of your glutes. Sure everyone has shaky hands on the first go, but just like anyone who is looking to become self-reliant, they overcome their fear, do their research and brave through their doubts and inject it themselves. You work out for your own validation? Then put in work and time before jumping into AAS, a 150lb male with 15% bf has no fucking business doing AAS, its pathetic and it screams insecurity. Especially after you mentioned your gf dumped your sorry ass and that's why you started working out. If that's not for external validation I don't know what is.

No one here is obliged to help you, no one owes you shit. I for one do not plan to give you any advice because the onus is on you to understand what you are doing to yourself. At 50mg Dbol a day, either your gear was fake or you are risking severe gynocomastia and other oestrogen related side effects, notably high blood pressure, a fucked up lipid profile and severe liver damage. Did you not know that Dbol has one of the highest affinity to bring on these sides? Did you know that you need an Aromatase Inhibitor to minimise the risk? Do you even know what an AI is? Well before my first cycle I knew about all these things, I only did my first plunge when I am fully aware of the consequences of my actions. I also had a solid 6 years of training with a whole year stuck in a plateau before I even considered using AAS.

I stick to my original comment that you are one of the biggest losers I have heard of. Rarely does someone this pathetic post on these forums, you should know that, because you are singled out as the weakest link in a bodybuilding forum saturated with emotionally unstable and immature men. So no I would rather focus my energy in verbally slapping you for a chance that you might just have a little honest introspection about how you got to become such a sucker.

The iron is supposed to be our teacher. Each time we are at the gym is a battle to improve from our former self. Steroids are not a short cut, they are a tool that helps us in our training program and to take things to a new level. If you haven't built a relationship between yourself and the iron, and jump on AAS, you'll never fully grasp the deep philosophy that is embedded in weight training. As such you are not part of the iron brotherhood, and advice will only be given to those who have taken their time to do research and put in work in the frontline of action (i.e. the weight room).

I appreciate your philosophical points regarding bodybuilding. I'm a huge Kai Greene fan and I'm fascinated with that perspective.

I'd recommend anyone to watch his YouTube blogs, experienced or noob.

Unfortunately most young guys are looking for disco muscles in the shortest period of time.
