I've heard a lot about losing dbol only gains but as any one here had any good success with keeping some of there dbol gains would love to hear it ???
Whats your thoughts on this ?
7 or 8 solid pounds off a month is a very good return on investment IMO

Any gains past your natural genetic limit will eventually be lost with time. Lot of water weight with dbol as everyone mentioned also but that amount will depend on how your diet was.
You must remember that very few of us every really reach out true genetic potential. It seems to be a term often thrown about as an excuse to use gear.
To the original poster, I have run four d-bol only cycles and as I do not seem to get any water retention from it (or anadrol for that matter) I find it is not hard to keep most if not all of my gains with proper diet and training + a good PCT!
Diana was my first, and I have always had a soft spot for her. But she is easy, i agree with the "quick gains are hard to hold on to" that 'steve' said. Diana is great for getting over sticky spots though, physically and psychologically. I lose some of it, but i've never gotten through a plateau and then came 'off' then was stuck back under old plateau, never. We've only dated 4 or 5 times, but I've always come out stronger. To me thats great. Cheap date too. Just depends on your goals.
By the way, I've always been on the skinny side, so I think its fun to be "Michelin Man" for a month
If you write a romance novel; I'll read it.
