true, but if you're not in competition mode, dbol and cardio will work great together as dbol will at least spare muscle while you cut fat.

Are you serious? I dont know about you, but when I am on Dianabol, just walking around the office gives me painful pump in my lower back/legs. Running would just compound that, and hurt like hell!

Taking the russians now, and cardio is definately a lot tuffer! I ususally warm up by speed walking now instead of running. AS soon as the dbol stops, I will start to do more cardio.

doesn't it depend on how much your doing?
If your taking more than 25mg ED than it would probably be tough but what if your only taking 15-20mgED?

I've done 25mg ed and 15mg ed and couldn't do cardio on either. I could barely do 15 reps on some excercises.

Ye I found running on dbol hard work, but if you try a recumbant bike or something that takes the range of movement out of the foot, this will help. Try putting your heels further on the bike pedalls, it will reduce the pump in tibialis anterior on the shin.

I am taking 25 mg/day, and ya its still tough. I feel much heaver on the treadmill and after about 5 minutes honestly my legs start to pump! Shin splints, and calfs mostly. I am just keeping it brief until the dbol is done.

oh, it is def. tougher. My biggest concern is the added stress on the heart.
I just started so loefler about 30mg's a day.

Damn, I'm picking up my Dbol and Test tomorrow from my friend now you got me thinking about no dbol. I like to play hockey and football and 99.9% of the time I'm the fastest player so I don't want to hinder my game.

Thats what im goin to run it will be my first time with dbol and liquidex has anybody did this dose and had good results.


My last cycle gave my a little bloat mostly in my face but im really concerned on the smooth look and my abs what do you guys think about that dose im also running 10mg nolva ed

im taking 30mg/day now and took 40mg/day last cycle....the only time i get extreme pumps is while working out with weights..I;m having no problem doin cardio....i alternate between jumping rope,eliptical machine, and the treadmill for 30 mins each day...i think there tends to be some exaggeration on the dbol pumps.

I'm on 75mgs dbol now and I run wind sprints twice a week. I don't think it's too bad. I get back pumps, but so what. Deal with it.

If your looking to increase, cardio, dbol is not the drug for this. If you want an oral try some winny or var. I think another reason why the cardio is so tough is becuase I am always so full while on the dbol. I am litterally stuffing my face aroound the clock.
