Well I may be doing an earlier show in Aug......but yes, a little nervous...

Wow, it's got to be exciting. Maybe one day I will get the nerve up. LOL I'm such a chicken at times. No not really, I'm just really focused on getting in shape step 1. LOL

Wohoo -- I even got to go a couple sets w/ our local IFBB Pro, Toney Freeman last nite. Jumped in on leg extensions -- they're doign the stack for reps... I couldnt' budge the thing but pulled out sets at 225 :) That was rather motivating! Also managed to lap a 24 yr old guy doing hammer curls running the rack from 35 lb down to 5 lbs for reps. Damn its good to have muscle!

Yes it is. And it feels great when you outdo a guy!!!!!
 
i tend to outdo most of the guys in my gym.

Here's the best part of the nite ... All the big guys are finishing up their leg nite w/ 20 reps w/ the stack onthe leg pres -- 255 lb. They all do their sets. Then my trainer steps and in starts doing his reps w/ 1 leg (still w/ the stack). And sort of looking around like 'god how boring is this... let's do some real lifting already..." The other guys were like "oh go away".

Oh I like that, there are a few guys there that I would love to put that dumb struck look on their faces and those I would love to make jealous. Then there are those that I would like to just keep up with. LOL
 
I was sooo in my element last nite. It was great cuz I haven't felt like that in a while. It really messes w/ me when my training sucks.
