day 16 on sust 250 cycle need advice!!!

I agree with SuperDawgy. The effects of Sust 250 do vary from individual to individual but I notice the impact week 1....increase sex drive, appetite, and strength....due to the propionate. If you do not notice a distinct difference after week 3 you may wish to check your source. Hopefully your source is legitimate and no need to worry.

Hang in there if the product is the real deal....it will kick in....so hold on for the ride!
 
I'm real bad about not getting enough protein, sometimes I have to down a 100 gram shake at night just to catch up. lol
 
I always gain weight very fast from sust, starting at the beginning of week 2. Strength is hard to tell since you're pushing yourself so hard. Def. by the end of week 3 you should notice some definite strength gains though.

The guy is 185lbs... although ideally he may want to shoot closer to the 275 to 300 gram mark 200 grams should yield some gains.

You're remarks about "running a cutter" sounds like you actually reduce your protein intake when you are cutting???? Reduce calories yes... Protein? no.

That being said, its good to hit different ranges with your protein intake because your body adapts quickly... If you are shoveling in 400 to 500 grams of protein all the time your body will adapt to that. After a while, that becomes your bodies amount that it NEEDS. Keep your body guessing. Anyway, this isnt a protein post. its about sust. Theoretically, depending on his experience in steroids (obviously not much experience) and his protocol to working out and eating right etc etc will determine a ballpark idea of when he should see a rapid increase in size.

Ideally he should take in another 50 to 100 grams of protein... eat throughout the day.. Not just 3 meals a day. train with high intensity and he should see faily good gains. If he doesn't see much in a couple weeks... I would get my stuff tested.

Makes for a nice crap in the morning huh? I made the mistake last week of leaving my food at home. I was scrambling around all day trying to get my 250gr in for the day. Managed to hit 100 before i left work. Got home and doubled up on a Ultramet. 4 am came around and my ass was on the can. I hate making up for lost time!

Dude, what brand of Sus are you using?

It would be nice if you could just make up for all the lost protein my slamming 100g shakes, huh? Too bad it doesn't work like that.............

what are you talking about i never said i was cutting or that he was cutting..i was implying his protein is too low bulking or cutting..period!!!!

Which brings up a good point! Talk to 100 different BB's and you'll get 100 different answers on this question...How many gr of prot can the average male utilize in one sitting. I try to stick to the "60gr on/ 45 gr off cycle" rule. Any difference of opinion?
 
its just 100x more beneifital to supply the body every 2 hours or so with constatnt nutirients.........starving it and then slamming does nothing.......
