I will be helping Tabby reach her goals through EF and facebook. she is only 4' 11 and 125 with no energy... she is a former athlete and her goals are to get back to feeling and looking great.
I've set her up on a diet and training program for week 1. getting rid of all the junk food and adding in lots of fruits, veggies, water, and lean fish/chicken. also she will be getting off the couch and getting active and getting in 40+ minutes of exercise everyday of something.
she will be logging her progress on this thread. i don't see any reason why she shouldn't easily reach her goals in 6 weeks.
