He is quite a personality in the industry, and I really have a lot of respect for him due to all the things that he has achieved and he is doing right now.

It is a pity that this belly thing got so strongly associated with him, even though I would argue that he was the first guy to feature such a big gut - just look at Ronnie Coleman - he also had a huge belly!

the palumbo diet is quite interesting. i actually tried it myself and it DID NOT work at all.

the diet that works for me with cutting is simply a balanced diet and less food with a lot of exercise.

While I do not follow Dave I do enjoy listening to him from time to time. He has a ton of experience and has been around the industry forever so there is a lot to learn from a guy like this. I am not a fan of the gut though. Too many guys have this look now.
