Dave Gulledge (DG21) Benches 700 lbs at 22 years old!!!!

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let everyone know that 5 minutes ago, my friend and workout partner, David Gulledge benched 700 lbs at the State Fair here in Missouri.

It was an SLP meet, which I'm sure some of you guys will bitch about, but we have digital video and will have it posted by tomorrow so you can all check out the lift.

He opened at 625, and blew it up, then moved to 665 and blew his Karin's shirt (which really sucked, because he had it reinforced by her last week.) So he had to put on another guy's shirt and he blew that shit up! 700 easy in an unfamiliar shirt!

Watch out for my boy, he'll tear it up next in November at Becca Swanson's APF meet in Omaha.

Congrats Bro! You deserve it!

Kyle just opened at 700 on the deadlift, and Chris said it went up like 135.

Chris said he's going for 800 today.

Man, I hope he gets it - that would be wicked cool.

Dave just hit 725 on his second, and Kyle blew up 750 like it was nothing for his second deadlift.

Kyle's going for 800, Dave's going somewhere between 740-750.

Thanks guys. It was a fun meet. It was close to my home town so all my friends got to come see what powerlifting was like. They all loved it, and had a good time.
