I don’t know how many times people have said this to you, but your neighbors must get a huge kick out of seeing you do all this shit outside your house. I couldn’t imagine what I would do if I saw some guy flipping a huge tire down the street.

My neighbors are all elderly people. They all come to their windows and watch and sometimes that bothers me...but when I compete...there will be people watching me too, so I need to train that way

They don't mind as long as the tire doesn't roll and land on the hood of their car.

My back hurts just watching those Good Mornings...

The tire hadn't been used in about 3 months...full of water. You can see as the flips go on that it starts to land flat and evenly as teh water gets out.

The good mornings...do them...they'll make you grow.
