If you are going keto then you could up your healthy fats a bit. If not, then add some ECA's to perk you up. :)

ok bro....first off....cut the bananna out of your diet....that just gives you alot of sugar. I know they're good for potasium, so if you really want to, cut back to one every two or three days. Secondly, I'm not sure if you are but you should be eating non-flavored oatmeal, you can add some flavor with a sugar sub. like sweet'n'low or equal and some sugarless pancake syrup. Make sure you get atleast 180g of protein every day. I saw that you're eating cottage cheese....that's good for calcium but make sure it's low fat or non-fat. I'd suggest you take your protein shakes in the morning, after your workout, and right before you go to bed. A good thing to do is to get some all natural peanut butter and eat one half tablespoon when you wake up with your shake and before you go to bed so you'll digest the protein slower for optimal absorption. If you have any other question feel free to pm me, I'd be glad to help out any way I can.

Crunch,
the first time I dieted down to really lean, the no-fat diet left me so hungry all the time.... just to re-emphasize, adding the fats (Udo's or other EFAs) make a huge difference in results & hunger cravings.
They go well on oatmeal, in shakes, chic, tuna, veggies...

Good luck to ya'!:)
