I weight 176 lbs (80kgs) for 6.1(1.84). I am trying to increase muscle size and to get my fat level down around stomach. I am trying to calcute how much protein I should take everyday (6 meals a day). Can you help ?
So far:
7.30 4 eggs white/1 banana/1orange juice
10.30 130 gr of chicken/flax seed oil
13.10 160 gr of chicken, veg
15.30 protein shake. flax seed oil
18.00 gym
19.30 protein shake
20.30 160 gr of beef/chicken/ green veg.
Daily intake of 200 gr of protein is that enough ?
