D3 = DIET DETERMINATION + DRUGS

this is my first log lets SUB SUB SUB

cycle objective : cut body fat PURE PURE body fat cut. + some weight

starting weight: 238 (weighed in 45 mins ago)
age: 22
heigh: 5'10
knowledge: moderate (spent alot of time planning this and asking people) always welcome to criticism though, learning is learning.
body fat (HIGH) will provide pictures in next post!

diet: keto genic started tonight.

water+ diet coke
eggs, bacon, chicken, steak, cheese, mushrooms
brocolli, salad, vinigret and all the other goodies people take for granted


due to health issue i AM NOT GOING TO UP THE WEIGHTS ON mili press, deadlift, + squat (maybe squat)



training:
7 am cardio FASTED (JUST FOR RICK! fasted = SHREDDED BUDDY)


starts tomorow, will record lifts and progress as i go, (they are recorded but have to be updated from tonight and the day before and i am not doing that as i go theres no point)

all are 3x sets only I wont exceed this for health reasons etc for now. in the future i might.

gym visit - 2pm or 8pm

benchpress 185x10
dumbell press 60x10
skull crushers 60x10
cable pull down 80x8

day:2 *
deadlift - 135 x10
lat pulldown 170 x8
seated bicep curl 50x7
deltoid fly 90x10

clams - 25 (reps)

hipflexor raises - 20 (reps)
single leg squats (warmup)

military press - 135
cable fly +super set plate alterior raise
dumbell press (overhead) - 60

benchpress x 4 sets high rep training

pilates:
this includes minute long stretching
rest (legit time to chill)

day:7
squatsx4 sets
pilates again
abdominals (cable down pull)
abdominals obliques raises

anadrol x1 (for joint protection will discontinue towards end of cycle)
hcgenerate*(not in the mail yet will start asap once it comes! CUMMON NTBM :p )

n2kts should this be my pre workout? i dont think ill use it too many stims? plus i think it has some sugar so keto = dead.

You'll get there in no time bro. My lifting partner looked about like you, few months later, totally different look, for the better.

Add forma on cycle, increase fish oil to 12grams a die. That dose is awesome :)

forma added... + i have alittle fish oil not that much i can go from 4x (1000mg) to 6 lol thats more realistic lol
 
Also, I would save Creatine for Post cycle, keep more of your gains. Just my opinion since youre taking epistrong AND anadrol already.

Also I would take N2KTS pre workout. I wouldnt combine both adderlin and N2KTS. Try both out. I like both, but N2KTS is a little more intense.

Also, do you like GEAR? Ive heard nothing but great things on it but I have never tried it....

no offence but you spent all that money on supps and pct and all you're running is friggin epi one of the mildest orals in existance???
 
okay I missed that part I still think abombs for a first cycle are a horrible horrible idea
 
Abombs at a high bf% = Heart attack...Just a thought, hell Beast upped my BP and pulse too high last time as it is.

Get a BP and heart rate monitor for your house...its not cool to play with some of these compounds if you dont know your stats for bp and pulse daily...

Wheres the Cardio,If you're running a Keto Diet with all that fat then Cardio is a must.

Good Deal ,just what Dr. RADAR ordered...:)

This will speed up your metabolism,Burn fat,lower Blood Pressure,Lower cholorestol (not sure how much on a keto diet)however it will raise your BMR so you will be burning fat all day, Expect a rapid change if you fasted for 10 hrs at least!

Yeah, im working on the am fasted cardio...I get weeks where i get it in 6 days a week, and the the next its 3 am and 3 pm, trying to drag myself out of bed some days with allergies and stuff just is brutal! But im getting there lol

in order to stop the lethargy etc + falling asleep
u get out of bed

and jump in beemer, put windows down , shades off blast trans music and do a lap of the neighbourhood. its called a forced wake up ;)

worked well this morning problem is i just passed out at 5 after physio therapy ... and woke up now no more night owl shit im guna use need 2 sleep i guess

after a full day of activity,you should be wanting to sleep, I did,i was begging for it after my last meal.

and its just the motivation thats killin me radar, im workin on it tho this diet is tough, ps how many carbs can u have and still acheieve ketosis? my protein powder has 3 grams carbs and im planning 1 scoup a day? too high?

if i fast cardio and go low carb all day.. can i have a pancake or like a piece of fruit? or is low carb legit low carb (kinda wana eat one of those deliscious plumbs im lookin at on my kitchen counter, or tangerines however u say it )

i mean other wise iv cut out all the shit for example my breakfast is

1 egg
mushrooms fried in butter
and cut up peppers..

I mean it varys from person to person the carb threshhold before ketosis sets in so theres no definate yes or no to your question its more of a depends on you if that makes sense
 
Don't go over 50 grams of carbs a day and keep high glycemic carbs at a minimum or you may get out of keto. Play around with things and see how you feel/look and go from there. Make sure you are getting essential fats in your diet and you should be taking a fiber supplement too.
 
Hey guys strength went up for some lifts last night.. Dumbell pressing the seventies! And so far some leaning out I hguess I haven't noticed musch leaning but I'm on week one still.

bren, nice log bro. u can get ketosis strips. they are like pregnancy tests. u pee on them and u can find out if your in ketosis. keto and beast is gonna suck when the lethargy kicks in. keep it up.
 
im doing alright bro...

i did feel some lethargy but my low carb has been switched up i have carbs in the morn for after fasted cardio
then weight lifting in the day

i have a small pain in my pec muscle not sure what it is i felt the pain when i wasnt doing chest i was doing cardio and legs 2 days ago...

its not heart stuf, or anything im not sure what it is.. so im kinda worried enver felt this kind of pain its not soreness from working out maybe i pulled my pec.. any thoughts?

day 2 off of it. (day 2 of light pain from it )

it hurts a bit ffrom flexing... any advice..

no where cox, its not gyno man... no way. besides i have th ecomid and aeromasin here butr i think this cycle was not a huge success so i think natural for a long time might be my actual M.O

as i havent lifted in a weak due to this pulled pec (not a tear) most of the pain is gon i begin rehab this comming week on wednesday. lol

anwyays i think cycling was a bad idea, and ill have to come back to it later when im older for now im just guna rock into pct and see how that goes
