Just saw a promising study on pinitol. When combined with creatine it's more effective at increasing absorption... without all the carbs and fat inducing risks from dextrose.
The study used 250 mg, but I can't find a product that uses that much. But I think we'll see more companies using this product in conjunction with creatine.
Any thoughts?
