is it better to split d-bol doses to a couple times a day? i have always just ate them in the morn when i wake up on previous cycles. taking 65mgs a day currently . should i take it all in the morn or split it up??? whats the the benefits of spliting it up?? does it really matter?
 
I never was a D-Bol fan because of all the bloat you get along with how toxic
they are its just not worth it. Ive messed with them for about 2 cycles I
think and never was to happy with what I seen with D-Bol...

Id give them a try one more time but not going over bored with them ...
 
my best luck with dbol was running 25 mg a day, taken all at once, in the afternoon a few hours before the gym.

i tried running 50 mg, taking 25 twice a day, and i got way worse sides and little extra gains.

i've ran dbol once, 30mg/day split in 3 doses of 10mg all before workout. had good results, very little water, and strength gains were awesome.

i probly wouldnt go any higher coz the pumps i got at 30mg were pretty intense.
 
because dbol has such a short half life, you need to split up the doses to keep your blood levels constant. in fact, the first time i used dbol, i had UG 50mg/caps and took them at once and the sides were really bad (acne, high bp), but once I wised up and got 5mg tabs and split them up evenly throughout the day, the sides are almost non-existant. currently on 80mg/day. loving it!
