and as ryan said...take em together. this is what i'm doing for my current cycle:
week 1 to 10: omnas @500mg/week
week 1 to 5: dbol @25mg/week
week 11 to 13: dbol again @25mg/week (because i'm loving it so much)
week 14: start PCT (nolva/clomid)
i'm in week 4 now and i'm up 9lbs. keep in mind that this is the first time i'm using dbol or test.

what exactly are your goals with these compounds, what would they be stacked with (if anything). Most people are going to say omnadren. If you're just looking for quick strength gains, then dbol would be better.

its been said before and Ill say it again these are two different compounds both with very keepable gains if you know what your doing.
use dbol if you want to gain fast,have a great diet and your shit totally together,even needsize has admitted to keeping gains off dbol and he knows alot more about this game than I ever will.
omna-its a great drug I used it for my first cycle,but it takes about 3-4 weeks before you start seeing changes and you have to run it longer,but gains can be similar to those made on dbol,it will just take longer.
