cyto gainer??

can i take cyto gainer 2-3 times aday?? to gain?? i can not eat all day long. i guess i would need 3500-4000 cal aday. i want to add mass i am 5'11 205 38yrs old. i don't no my body fat. i do have a little around my waist but this is normal? i gained about 10 pounds in 6months but it looks more like muscle than fat.
 
You can take as much Cyto Gainer as you want. It is difficult for some folks to eat the amount of food required. In this case, feel free.

Your fat will probably increase, as it is inevitable as a tag along with increased calorie consumption. It is your call as to how far to carry things. Depends on your phyche' as to how much you can stand.
 
okay thanks. also i picked up some ultra vita vitamans it says high potency, time release. i don't know if they are good. i was going to buy centrum but the salesman at vitaman world sold me the above.
 
The amount of vitamins you take is not necessarily the amount of vitamins your body ends up absorbing and ultimately putting to use.

I am a big fan of probiotics and enzymes in addition, utilized purely for optimizing the absorption of the nutrients we're intaking.

But, some vitamins are better than none.

Make your own......you could use 1.5 cups of oats to get the same amount of carbs!
 
Jkurz makes somewhat of a point....my point was simply this is a way to add extra calories if you cannot eat enough of them. Of course, whole foods are always better.

I made a post in another thread about making your own...very easy to do and no added fillers and sugars...you could simply use protein of your choice, oats, peanut butter, fruit of your choice and some milk. Easily done and you know what it is. You can be creative as you like.
