I plan on using cytomel, however, am looking for a steroid to cycle with it as to decrease catabolization effects. Would winstrol in a small dosage, oral of course, be successful for this purpose? I am of course using this to lose some body fat. Muscle growth isn't necessary, simply maintanence. I have a horrid time losing body fat. With a clean diet, plus lifting four times a week, I managed to take off only a few tenths of a pound. (This was also with 80 mcgs of clen a day.)

Can you post your diet, body stats, training routine and previous cycles? That goes a long ways in this forum in receiving positive feedback on your inquiry.
 
I'm sorry..

My Diet goes like this..

Breakfast: Normally, I try to ingest some protein then. Normally in the form of peanut butter or egg whites.

Lunch: Unfortunately, I fail at lunch and normally end up eating at Subway since I'm a college student...and that's the healthiest thing on campus.
I do need to start taking my lunch.

Dinner: Normally a protein source, such as lean steak or chicken, a cup of rice and a fresh vegetable, normally something green.

I do try to limit my fat intake, but am unsure what to do in the way of carbs or protein.

Does anyone know how to get low cal protein sources? I have a difficult time eating too many calories as I'm simply afraid of gaining weight. I used to be around 370 pounds. (No, that's not a typo.)

I train four days a week. I do upper body two days a week and lower body two days a week. I do about 20 minutes of cardio three to four times a week.

I'm 5'8" 210 lbs. I've not had my body fat tested, but my measurements are 41-32-44, if that helps.

You should NOT be using Winny or Cytomel @ this point. Your diet is the problem here. I congratulate you on your weight loss thus far:) This has to become a lifestyle change. You must eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Subway ain't gonna get no matter what Jared says:rolleyes: :D Here's a simple meal plan.

Meal 1- 6 egg whites (210cals 18g protein) w/ 1c oatmeal (145cals 25g carbs)
Meal 2- Protein shake (not sure of your protein shake content)
Meal 3- 6oz Tuna (130cals 30g protein) 4 egg whites (140cals 12g protein)
Meal 4- Protein shake (pre training)
Meal 5- Chicken breast (320cals 36g protein), yams (260cals 47g carbs for approx 8oz)
Meal 6- 6oz Tuna (130cals 30g protein) 4 egg whites (140cals 12g protein)
Total cals without your Protein shake content = 1475
Total protein " " = 138
Total carbs " " = 72


This is just a general guide. I could not function on this diet because of the limited amount of carbs. You need to tweak it to suit your needs. All of the foods listed can be pre-cooked and out into small containers to take with you. Just get a small cooler or bag. I have a few of them myself... they coordinate with my wardrobe ;) Welcome to Elite darling!
