I am 4 weeks in on my cypionate cycle. My strength has really really blown up, but I haven't really increased in size? Will this eventually come or is there something I can add while on this cycle?
i decided i am going to try and take in more protein and cals. i made a huge shake i can take over the course of the day. 1620 cals and 128g protein. figured this is a good jumpstart
If you want to get really crazy and really bump your protein up you can drink a protein shake 3 times a day which will add approximately 125 to 150 grams of protein on top of what you are already eating.

Yes, and crappy calories! You're going to be walking around with your insulin spiked all day. You want CLEAN calories. Save the gainer shake for post workout only (and arguably not even then). If you're going to do protein shakes, make it all protein and get your carbs and fat from healthy clean sources!!! You want the gains to be muscle, not fat right?
