You look great girlie! Good job.
What diet did you decide to go with? Are you still running the winny?
Any crazy side effects?

Thanks bikinimom, I think some times I just need to hear encouragement because I am working so hard. I do feel like I know my body very well and know my limits, but I am aware that something always can happen to anyone. I have seen lots of improvement and have lost alot of bodyfat. I get it rechecked next week. So as long as I see progress I am going to keep going for it.

Yes the topamax for migraines 50 mg is very small dosage. And the Wellbutrin for a nuerotransmitter imbalance prescribed by naturopathic dr. several years ago. Since i have been on it my moods are stable and just alot better feeling of wellbeing.

Thanks

Do not reduce the Wellbutrin. Your Dr prescribed the amount for a reason. It seems you are having good results with it.
I don't think a $10 trophy is worth playing around with your meds!

Thanks,
I decided to just stick to the carb roll of 0 0 0 75. my trainer didn't want me to do a keto diet because she was aftraid I would lose muscle. I think I just panicked because i hit a plateau.
Havent had any sides yet. Crossing my fingers! I am taking a good liver support and watching myself very closely though. Thanks for the encouragement

Keto diets are not easy. There is science behind why you will not actually lose muscle. It has to do with your body increasing its GH output. I used it once and freaked out when I lost 22lbs in two weeks. I gained almost all of it back the following two weeks as the fatty acids replaced the lost glycogen. Still it was hard to watch happen.
I thought you looked great in your picture. My first thought was you don't need any AAS. The reason is the higher end shows (NPC) are putting an emphasis on softening up a bit. If you get grainy it may be used against you. Talk to the judges before your show and let them know you want feedback. Otherwise they might not take notes.
Best of luck with the rest of your training and your competition.

Thanks for the pic Clare, lovely tight midsection, nice delts, slap some tan on and you are good to go.

:)

thanks for the replies...as far as taking aas, i think i still am going to come in looking alittle soft. Im hoping this is what the judges want. i have a week and a half left, and this is the hardest week ever. My trainer made me stop stevia and chewing gum, im basically living off of fish and zucchini and water. Is this normal to not be able to chew gum 2 weeks out? I guess she doesnt want me to put anything artificial in my body.

Gum can destroy your results if you are trying to get really lean. Colette Nelson is a good example. She followed Dave's diet to a "T" and did not get completely dialed in. When they looked over everything he found out she was chewing gum a few times a day and the contents were messing with her body.

My dear, you NEVER know what the judges "du jour" want. As long as you are completely satisfied with your training/diet/result then you have won. I realize these are hollow words that fall on deaf ears of the competitor who did NOT win, but for those of us who have been there/done that you will hear that time and time again. From the one pic you posted you looked figure competition ready.... that is one pic. I am not here to blow smoke up your rear, just being honest.

Botton line is that you will never know what the judges from ANY competition will value until after the competition is over. I don't mean to sound like granny gloom and doom, but one thing you will NEVER hear from me, is BS.

Seriously, from what you posted, you looked good.

Please let us know how you did and if you would like further guidance. Every competition is a learnining experience. :)
